Overview

You can retrieve a case when you know one or more parties' names.

For example, you can retrieve a Ninth Circuit case involving Apple and Microsoft: type apple and microsoft in the text boxes, select U.S. courts of appeals, select 9th Circuit from the drop-down list, and click GO.
